Carrisa Patrick APRN, FNP-C

Carrisa has been a nurse since 2006. She graduated from National Park Community College 2006 and started working as an LPN. Carrisa advanced her education, graduating from Walden University in 2016 with her BSN. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2018. Carrisa is licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing and Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has practiced as a Family Care Provider since 2018 in a busy family practice clinic. She has a total of 18 years of nursing experience. Carrisa is married with two children and has two dogs. In her time away from the clinic she enjoys going to the lake, snow skiing and spending time with her family. 

“My passion for nursing comes from personal experiences growing up. The first time I gowned, gloved and masked, I was around the age of seven. My father had a renal transplant and my sister was the organ donor. This experience and process left a big impression on my life. The importance of compassion and caring for others is at the root of who I am. I am a provider that will listen to my patients and work with each patient, improving their health from a holistic approach, both physical and mental. I understand that not every person has the same goal or expectations. I will do my best to care for you and your needs daily.”

Amanda Day APRN, FNP-C

Amanda is a board certified family nurse practitioner, having started her career as a RN in 2000. She obtained her ADN from Westark in 2000 and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2015. Amanda has worked in family practice since 2015. Amanda loves the ability to provide medical care to patients of all ages. She truly loves interacting and building relationships with each patient. She is driven and excited for this new chapter in life, being part of the Elite team opening a family and aesthetics practice that offers patient centered, individualized care! On her off time Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, 2 children and several pets. She is a lover of all things travel and new adventures!
